Atlantic County Special Services School is a county-based public special education program serving students with disabilities from age 3 through 21. The district operates specialized classroom programs and related services that address academic, vocational, functional and behavioral needs.
Atlantic County Special Services School provides countywide special education programs and services for students ages 3–21 who meet eligibility requirements. Instruction is designed to address academic, vocational, functional, physical and emotional needs and to align with state learning standards.
Services are provided by a full child study team and include related service providers and a board-certified behavior analyst (B.C.B.A.). Programming is developed in collaboration with educational and human services agencies to plan and coordinate countywide supports.
