Chico Child Development Center operates a neighborhood child-care and early-education program serving children from infancy through pre-kindergarten. The program emphasizes inclusive, developmentally appropriate environments and regular communication between teachers and families.

Curriculum & approach

Instruction follows the play-based, research-backed Frog Street© curriculum with Conscious Discipline® used for social-emotional learning. Teachers provide hands-on, sensory and literacy-rich activities and use milestone tracking to share developmental progress with families.
