Overview

Willow Recreation Center is a community recreation facility offering scheduled classes, seasonal camps and drop-in activities for children and adults. The center is used for a variety of athletics, fitness, dance and youth development programs.

Programs & classes

Drop-In Badminton — Open-play badminton sessions with nets provided depending on availability; limited equipment is available to lend and courts can be rented.
Mini Ninja Warriors — Short-format multi-sport sessions for younger children focused on agility and play-based skill development.
Sports Battle: NERF and Dodgeball — After-school/evening activity blocks that combine game play and group sports.
Recreational Dance Classes — Studio-based dance instruction across styles (ballet, jazz, hip hop, tap) for recreational students; classes for younger children are offered.
Preschool Gymnastics — Progressive gymnastics classes for preschool-age children emphasizing coordination, balance and basic apparatus skills.

Facilities & partnerships

The center provides indoor courts, fitness and studio space used for drop-in sports, classes and rentals. Several programs at the facility are delivered in partnership with specialty providers (for example, local gymnastics and dance program partners) and use dedicated equipment and studio space appropriate to each activity.
