Peter Pan Academy

Overview

Peter Pan Academy serves children from infancy through pre‑kindergarten and is organized around a play‑based early childhood approach. The daily program balances child‑directed play with teacher‑guided activities to support social, emotional, physical and cognitive development.

Curriculum and learning

The program emphasizes unstructured, child‑centered play alongside intentional lessons. Classrooms provide activities and materials in language arts, science, art, music/movement, math, dramatic play, sensory exploration and perceptual motor skills, with regular newsletters and weekly lesson plans for families.

Facilities, meals and enrichment

Facilities are designed for young children with low sinks, appropriately sized toilets and outdoor play areas intended for running, climbing and gross‑motor play.
Families supply snacks and lunch for children; an optional chef‑prepared lunch program is offered.
Periodic child evaluations and optional parent/teacher conferences are used to report development; visiting enrichment programs such as music, petting zoos and science visitors are part of the schedule.
