Overview

The Trails School for Early Learning is an early childhood program located on the Near North Side of Chicago. The centre enrolls children beginning at six weeks of age and continues through early elementary preparation, with program offerings described as infant care, toddler programs, preschool and junior kindergarten.

Curriculum and approach

The school follows a Reggio Emilia–inspired, play-based approach that emphasizes children as capable, engaged learners. Teachers are identified as early childhood educators who maintain collaborative relationships with families and focus on educating the whole child.
