TLW Transformation Center operates as a general residential facility for girls aged 6–17. Services are oriented toward behavioral and educational support along with prevention, social services and advocacy aimed at improving mental, physical and emotional well‑being.

Admissions and required documentation

Psychological: examples include recent psychiatric notes, medication monitoring notes, and recent hospitalization information where applicable.
Mental health: recent individual, group or family therapy notes.
Clinical: examples include child and family service plans from relevant agencies.
